Position: [Ha Noi] Engineering Assistant Manager - Real Estate

Job Code: 128949

- Working location: Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi City

- Monthly Salary: Negotiable

Responsibility
+ Assist with construction DD work when participating in a project (MEP, construction costs, development regulations, etc.)
+ Manage the company's technical standards, applying to projects, and training Vietnamese staff (particularly in the MEP fields)
+ Manage construction project management as a developer (Both design and engineering fields)
+ Translate information from the Construction Technology Management Department at the head office (Japan) into English and Vietnamese, and communicate it to the Vietnamese staff
+ Provide explanations and reports in Japanese regarding development regulations and construction technologies in Vietnam
+ Check drawings and give feedback to enhance the usage and quality.
+ Giving proposals to partners, to enhance the construction quality, reporting defects on site, and sharing feedback for drawing check
+ Communicate well with the partner’s engineering team in Vietnamese and understand their intention, and create a good relationship
+ Interpret conversation between Vietnamese and English during meetings.
+ Other relevant tasks on request by the Project Manager and/or Project Engineering Director.

+ Site project management assistant in Hanoi & Hai Phong area for the MEP field
+ Support for construction due diligence work for project participation
+ Update of internal technical manuals for the Construction Team (particularly in the MEP fields)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements

・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Age: < 38 years old.
・Gender: Any
・Language: English - Business Level
・ Experience: Experience > 10-years’ experience in Construction or Infrastructure field(MEP Specialty)
+ Knowledge and experience in the Construction or Infrastructure field(MEP Specialty)
+ Ability of MEP to Project Manage on site or Design (Experience in the fields of Mechanical and Plumbing is preferred)
+ Willingness to learn and grow within the role
+ PC skill (CAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas
+ Proficiency in speaking and writing English
+ Will be based in Hanoi. There is a possibility that you will be ordered to work in Haiphong temporarily.
+ Depending on the work situation, there is a possibility of business trips involving overnight stays.
