Position: Japanese Speaking - Sales Assistant
Job Code: 129061
- Working location: Pacific Palace, 83B Ly Thuong Kiet, Ha Noi
- Monthly Salary: Negotiable

Responsibility

***Job Duties***
1. Supporting Sales Team (RA Team)

Internal Work
- Creating and editing JO
- Support RA in communicating with local Career Advisor (RA & CA) to update new sharing from clients when requested
- Support RA in updating client's job order information
- Creating and preparing documents such as placement sheet, contract, service confirmation letter

External Work
- Updating contract from client request
- Support RA in communicating with the client (Vietnamese contact person) regarding the candidate's joining status or payment, if needed
- Supporting RA's events
- Contact the candidate to confirm their attendance on the interview date.

2. Data Preparation
- Manage sales performance data & update all kinds of reports daily, weekly, and monthly
- Prepare reports for the new month at the end of each month, and calculate KPIs for managers
- Use raw data from system to make reports upon manager's request

3. Other tasks assigned by Leader/Director

Requirements

・Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Female
・ Age: 23 - 26
・English Business Level and Japanese Conversational Level (From N3)
・Have 1 year of working experience as Sales Support or Sales Assistant or other Back Office Positions
・Willing to learn and work with Excel
・Can join by April 2026
・Can think logically & work individually
・Good at MS Office
・Can work under high pressure & handle multiple tasks at the same time

・Have working experience in Japanese company is a plus
