Mô tả Công việc

- Working location: Ngoc Khanh Wards, Hanoi
- Monthly Salary: Negotiable
Responsibility:

1. Register for Transaction Certificates (TC) issuance for Sustainable materials.
2. Monitor the progress of TC issuance with factories and review the draft content of Transaction Certificates for Sustainable materials.
3. Manage the progress of receiving Transaction Certificates for Sustainable materials.
4. Upload relevant documents to the customer’s system.
5. Provide and share the latest information on Scope Certificates (SC) for Sustainable materials.
6. Coordinate with relevant departments within the company to update new Sustainable materials information and register them under the Scope Certificate.
7. Share information about new Sustainable materials/products with factories and request registration.
8. Manage the certification status list of Sustainable materials suppliers.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree

- Gender: Any

- Age: 27–35 years old

- Language: Business-level English with good communication skills for work

- Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in the garment or textile industry, with experience in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
Basic knowledge of fabric and garment production processes
Basic knowledge of documentation and export-related procedures
Proficient computer skills

Preference for candidates with English certificates or experience working in an English-speaking environment
Ability to use Japanese or Chinese is an advantage
