Mô tả Công việc

- Report to Accounting & Treasury Senior Manager

1. Account Payable and Receivable (50%)

To check AP supporting docs (contract, invoice, CD, IR/GR…)
Be responsible for AP settlement to local vendors (Raw materials) to ensure timeliness, accuracy in monthly payment.
Posting: Timely record of AP/AR movement and correct accounting recognition for Trade transactions
Drive effectiveness of AP Trade & Non trade management to local vendors
Do AP and AR reconciliation as policy required (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
Manage the reimbursement amount from Trade and Non trade transactions to claim vendors properly
Initiate improvement in working process, implement best practice tools to accelerate transaction processing and reporting
Instruct users, monitor the new process (if occur)
Reporting, Finance health-check, audit requirement and ad-hoc projects assigned

2. Master data management (30%)

Vendor master data and Vendor's bank account info: Monitor requestor for Vendor code registration (documentation check and advice: new creation/ block & unblock/ delete)
Customer master data
Regularly check mismatch in Payment term and countermeasure

3. Treasury & Banking (20%)

Daily cashflow report and forecast
Daily bank reconciliation report
Internal fund transfer monitoring
Banking posting: bank charge, clearing bank, financial interest income/expense, FX posting
Banking documentation: open/close bank account, update KYC, Board resolution, dealing authorization, Internet banking registration

4. Others

Backup or rotate job with Accounting or Treasury teammates (if required)
Other tasks might be assigned by Leader

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor degree - major in Accounting & Auditing/ Finance & Banking
At least 1 to 3 years experience in similar roles
BA or MA Graduated from University with major of Accounting & Auditing/Banking & Finance
Strong technical understanding and knowledge including accounting standard, tax, banking policy and procedures
Ability to work under time pressure, work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lead the agenda, initiate and implement best practice processes to improve effectiveness in daily operation
Good English in communication and business writing
