We're not looking for a résumé. We're looking for someone who has actually built things with AI.
CHUS.vn is a Vietnamese artisan gifting platform. We also run fertilizer and commodity trading across Asia. Two very different businesses — both being rebuilt with AI and automation. We need someone to lead that work.
What you'll do

Design and build automation workflows using Claude, Zapier, Slack, and whatever tools get the job done
Turn repetitive manual work across operations, e-commerce, and communications into automated pipelines
Spot new automation opportunities as AI tools evolve — then execute, not just recommend
Ship fast. Prototype in hours, not weeks.

You've automated something that used to take hours down to minutes — in any context, any industry
You've connected APIs, built Zapier flows, or written scripts to eliminate manual work
You move fast and figure things out as you go
You ask "why is a human doing this?" more than most people
English or Vietnamese communication is fine
