Mô tả Công việc

- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies

- Completes store operational by lead and motivate team to achieve sales target, scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work result

- Detecting, investigating, and remedying discrepancies in sales across stores, if required

- Setting and implementing performance standards across all stores

- Ensuring that employees observe company protocols

- Other coordination needed to make sure all Stores Operation run smoothly

- Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed

- Analyzed, developed and executed business strategy on daily and weekly basis

- Maintains store staff team job result by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job result

- Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements

- Liaise with OM and Head ops to coordinate and report on ongoing issues

- Ensuring store display follow VM Guidelines

- Managing and maximize the sales target of department and brands through leading the store team by implementing high standard of customer service, visual merchandising, stock management, and people development

- Responsible for check Petty Cash approval for reimbursement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- 1 to 3 years of working experience as supervisor or manager level in health or beauty retail industry would be advantage

- Excellent planning skills

- Outstanding decision-making ability and leadership skills

- Extraordinary problem-solving abilities

- Great interpersonal skills

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills

- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks

- Exceptional attention to detail
