Manage QA ERP and Analysis Data

Manage ERP staff Input BOM in ERP
Equipment Calibration
Manage purchasing for QA department
Control Analysis Data

Manage QA System

Write, revise and review document, SOP, WI, Manual,..
Prepare all document, record for set up new certification
Prepare document and record Internal/ External Audit
Control and make report for Customer Complaint and feedback customer
Write new testing methods of raw material and QC other testing
Manage QA system and QA system staff
Follow and commit for KPI for QA system

Manage QC incoming testing

Manage QC incoming testing staffs including to Main material and Sub material
Write, revise and review document, SOP, WI, Manual,..
Set specification of raw material
Training staffs for internal about QA system and QC incoming testing
Follow and commit for KPI for QC testing incoming team
Annual audit supplier
Quality incoming data statistics and report
Quality Data Statistics and report
Report direct to QA head of department.

* Working conditions:

1. Workplace: Lot A1-6, N5 Street, Cu Chi North west Industrial Park, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City)

2. Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Quality, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, etc.).
3–5 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Good knowledge of ISO, GMP, SMETA and QMS implementation.
Experience in quality issue handling audits, and Gemba walks.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good English and proficiency in MS Office.
