JOB OBJECTIVE:

We are looking for a Chief Accountant to manage the accounting operations of multiple entities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting. Reporting directly to the Group Accounting Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering financial insights to guide strategic decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee, manage and review the work of group accounting team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and current regulations.
Ensure timely and accurate of account data.
Perform finance and accounting processes in accordance with Group accounting policies and Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS), including journal entries, general ledger, sub-ledgers, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring financial das accurate, complete, and timely.
Prepare, analyze and present monthly FS package reports and tax reports.
Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and government agencies on accounting tax, and compliance matters.
Manage shareholder information and handle the processing of dividend distributions.
Supervise accounting operations for high-volume transactions, including inventory management, cost calculation, and sales revenue.
Coordinate with other departments to provide documents and accounting information as required.
Directly mentor team members.
Prepare accounting files and store accounting documents in accordance with current regulations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, audit or finance.
Certificate of Chief Accountant.
At least 3-5 years relevant experience as Chief Accountant.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in ERP accounting software and MS Office.
Knowledge of revenue tracking for multi-location outlets.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent in managing team members and co-operating with other departments.
Willing to work hard for closing books at month end with strict deadlines.
