Chief Accountant

1.      Quản lý và Điều hành bộ máy Kế toán

• Tổ chức, điều hành và giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động của phòng Kế toán.
• Thiết lập và hoàn thiện hệ thống quy trình kế toán, luân chuyển chứng từ từ kho, xưởng sản xuất đến phòng kế toán, quy chế tài chính – kế toán theo quy định Nhà nước và nội bộ.
• Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và đánh giá năng lực đội ngũ kế toán viên.

2.      Quản trị Giá thành và Kho

• Xây dựng và quản lý hệ thống định mức nguyên vật liệu (BOM) cho từng sản phẩm.
• Theo dõi và kiểm soát các loại chi phí trong sản xuất.
• Tính toán giá thành sản phẩm thực tế và phân tích các biến động so với giá thành kế hoạch/định mức.
• Giám sát công tác kiểm kê định kỳ kho nguyên vật liệu, bán thành phẩm và thành phẩm.

3.      Kiểm soát Kế toán và Quản trị rủi ro

• Lập kế hoạch tài chính, dòng tiền đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất không bị gián đoạn.
• Kiểm soát toàn bộ hoạt động thu – chi, hạch toán, công nợ, tài sản, kho & chi phí.
• Kiểm soát việc trích khấu hao tài sản cố định, máy móc thiết bị và phân bổ công cụ dụng cụ.
• Kiểm soát tính hợp lệ – hợp pháp của chứng từ kế toán.
• Kiểm tra và ký duyệt các báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo thuế, báo cáo quản trị.
• Tham mưu cho Ban Giám đốc về các biện pháp tối ưu hóa chi phí và giảm thiểu lãng phí trong sản xuất.

4.      Báo cáo và Quyết toán Thuế

• Chịu trách nhiệm lập báo cáo tài chính hàng tháng/quý/năm theo đúng chuẩn mực kế toán.
• Kiểm soát các báo cáo thuế (GTGT, TNDN, TNCN, hóa đơn) và quyết toán thuế với cơ quan nhà nước.
• Làm việc với các đơn vị kiểm toán, cơ quan thuế, ngân hàng và các cơ quan chức năng có liên quan.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Accounting Management and Operations

• Organize, direct, and oversee all activities within the Accounting Department.
• Establish and refine accounting processes, document workflows (from warehouse/factory to accounting), and financial regulations in compliance with State laws and internal policies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team.

2. Cost and Inventory Management

• Develop and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) system for each product.
• Monitor and control all production-related costs.
• Calculate actual product costs and analyze variances against planned/standard costs.
• Supervise periodic physical audits of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.

3. Accounting Control and Risk Management

• Develop financial and cash flow plans to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
• Control all financial activities, including revenue/expenditure, bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, assets, inventory, and expenses.
• Manage depreciation of fixed assets/machinery and the allocation of tools and supplies.
• Ensure the legal validity and compliance of all accounting documents.
• Review and approve financial statements, tax reports, and management reports.
• Advise the Board of Directors on cost optimization and waste reduction strategies in production.

4. Reporting and Tax Finalization

• Take responsibility for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Oversee tax reporting (VAT, CIT, PIT, invoices) and lead tax finalization with state authorities.
• Liaise with auditing firms, tax authorities, banks, and other relevant government agencies.
