Job Overview

Customer coordination: Act as the key interface between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
Order fulfillment: Manage customer orders, delivery schedules, and issue resolution in a timely manner
Customer-first mindset: Ensure high service quality and responsiveness to support business growth and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

Order management: Input customer orders into SAP/CMP, confirm orders, and manage delivery schedules
Delivery coordination: Monitor and update shipment schedules; provide timely shipment alerts to customers
Customer communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate updates
CRD management: Maintain and update all outstanding orders and delivery commitments in SAP
DN processing: Create and monitor delivery notes (DN) to ensure on-time shipment execution
RMA management: Handle return requests, create tickets in CMP/Salesforce, and coordinate replacement/returns
Credit coordination: Support Sales and Finance teams in following up customer payments and overdue balances
Cross-functional alignment: Work closely with Production, Planning, Sales, and other stakeholders to resolve issues

Job Requirements

Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Languages, or related fields
Required experience: Minimum 2+ years in customer service or order management within manufacturing environment
System knowledge: Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer-facing experience
Work management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams
Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical mindset with ability to resolve customer-related issues
Language skills: Excellent English communication (both written and spoken)
