Mô tả Công việc

1. Cập nhật kịp thời các quy định mới liên quan đến thủ tục Hải quan và chính sách xuất nhập khẩu.

Stay updated on new regulations related to Customs procedures and import–export policies.

2. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng bộ phận.

Other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.

3. Kiểm tra và đối chiếu số liệu từ các bộ phận: kho, kế toán, XNK,…, Tổng hợp dữ liệu nhập – xuất – tồn

Review and reconcile data from relevant departments (warehouse, accounting, Logistics, etc.) and consolidate import – export – inventory data.

4. Lập Báo cáo quyết toán hàng năm.

Prepare the annual Customs Finalization Report.

5. Làm việc trực tiếp với cơ quan Hải quan khi có kiểm tra sau thông quan, kiểm tra BCQT.

Work directly with Customs authorities during post-clearance audits or CFRs audit

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Required skills

1. Good at MS office

2. Careful, active, honesty, enthusiasm, responsible at work, and team-working ability

Be able to work with high speed and under pressure

Relevant experience the position required

1. Education: college and above of major related to foreign trade

Have experience in e-customs /Customs Settlement Report in processing & manufacturing
