Mô tả Công việc

Tiếp nhận đơn hàng từ khách hàng, nhập dữ liệu trên hệ thống ERP và truyền đạt tất cả các thông số cho các bộ phận khác/ Receive purchase orders (POs) from customers, input data into ERP systems, and communicate all specifications to other departments
Phân tích thành phần chi phí nhằm xác định giá để đảm bảo tỷ suất lợi nhuận/ Analyze cost components to determine price for ensure profit margins are maintained.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác để giải quyết các vấn phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất, giám sát tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và đảm bảo đơn hàng giao hoàn thành đúng thời hạn/ Coordinate with other departments solve any production issues, monitor quality standards, and ensure the on-time completion of orders
Hỗ trợ các dự án cần thiết / Handle other projects that necessitate assistance
Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý/ Other tasks as required by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Kỹ năng vi tính văn phòng/ Computor skill (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Khả năng giao tiếp tốt tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt / Strong personality/ excellent communication skill in English and Vietnamese.
Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Key Account/ Has 03 years experience in Key Account
Có kinh nghiệm trên hệ thống ERP, đặt biệt NAV là lợi thế/ Experience of the ERP system, especially NAV is a plus.
Kỹ năng làm việc độc lập và chịu được áp lực cao / Able to work independently under pressure.
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học các ngành có liên quan/ College, University Degree.
