Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and experienced Ecommerce Team Leader to lead the full spectrum of our digital commerce operations for premium whisky, cigar, and accessory categories. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and digital brand presence for the company across all ecommerce channels: owned platforms, marketplaces, social commerce, and online-to-offline (O2O) integrations
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Development
- Build and execute ecommerce business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Develop growth opportunities across multiple ecommerce platforms.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure legal compliance and competitive advantage.
- Propose P&L targets for ecommerce and monitor performance.
2. Channel Management & Operations Excellence
- Oversee ecommerce activities: product content, inventory, pricing, order processing, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance for regulated product categories (alcohol, tobacco, cigars).
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Retail to optimize stock allocation and delivery.
- Establish SOPs for premium ecommerce operations.
3. Digital Marketing & Performance Growth
- Work with marketing team to deploy SEO, SEM, affiliate, email marketing, KOL campaigns.
- Manage sales funnel, lead generation and conversion rate optimization.
- Use data analytics to segment and remarket to target audiences.
4. UX/UI & Customer Experience
- Oversee UX/UI design for website and app.
- Conduct customer behavior research and A/B testing to improve user experience.
5. CRM & Loyalty Program
- Work with CRM team to leverage customer data for cross-selling and upselling.
- Execute customer lifecycle marketing campaigns.
6. Team Management & Talent Development
- Build and lead ecommerce team including content, customer service, technical and external partners.
- Provide training and development for team members.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Brand, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Prepare business reports and ecommerce investment proposals.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years ecommerce management experience, preferably in luxury, whisky, cigar industry.
- P&L operation and multi-channel ecommerce leadership experience.
- Solid understanding of legal compliance for regulated products.
- Leadership and cross-functional management skills.
- Proficient in ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Haravan, etc.), Analytics, Ads, CRM.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese.
