Mô tả Công việc

Provide technical support, commissioning, and after-sales services in domestic and overseas.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control issues at customer sites.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support training and guidance for international customers and partners regarding product usage and maintenance.
Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and follow up with clients on issue resolutions.
Other tasks assigned by the manager related to service operations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role .
Fluent in English.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to travel abroad for long periods of time on regular business trips.
