RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES/ TRÁCH NHIỆM:
- Participate in daily shift meetings covering workplace safety, production targets, and machine allocation plans guided by the assigned Engineer.
Tham gia họp đầu ca về an toàn lao động, mục tiêu sản xuất và kế hoạch phân công khu vực máy từ Kỹ sư hướng dẫn.
- Prepare and maintain the work area according to 5S standards.
Chuẩn bị và duy trì khu vực làm việc theo tiêu chuẩn 5S.
Assist in monitoring injection molding machine operating parameters according to periodic checklists.
Hỗ trợ giám sát các thông số vận hành của máy ép nhựa theo checklist định kỳ.
- Support product quality control activities, including sample collection and visual inspection to identify plastic product defects according to quality standards.
Hỗ trợ kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm, thực hiện lấy mẫu và kiểm tra ngoại quan sản phẩm nhằm nhận diện các lỗi khuyết tật trong ngành nhựa theo tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
- Assist in material management and material feeding activities.
Hỗ trợ quản lý nguyên vật liệu và cấp liệu cho sản xuất.
- Support Engineers in preparing auxiliary equipment, cleaning mold surfaces, assembling components, and organizing technical tools and equipment.
Phụ tá các Kỹ sư trong công tác chuẩn bị thiết bị phụ trợ, vệ sinh bề mặt khuôn, gá đặt linh kiện và sắp xếp dụng cụ kỹ thuật.
- Complete and update production data records accurately and timely.
Hoàn thiện và cập nhật dữ liệu sản xuất đầy đủ, chính xác.
Perform housekeeping and 5S activities in assigned machine areas; hand over work status and report any abnormalities to the assigned Engineer before the end of the shift.
Thực hiện vệ sinh và duy trì 5S tại khu vực máy được phân công; bàn giao hiện trạng công việc và báo cáo các vấn đề bất thường cho Kỹ sư hướng dẫn trước khi kết thúc ca làm việc.
- Use Training and OJT Schedule and Evaluation Criteria Matrix as a instruction to learn knowledge and skills in each department.
Sử dụng Sơ đồ Tiêu chí đánh giá và Lịch trình Huấn luyện và OJT như một hướng dẫn để tìm hiểu kiến thức và kỹ năng trong từng bộ phận.
- Complies with the environmental policy and applicable quality and environmental management systems instructions. Comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions.
Tuân thủ chính sách môi trường và các hướng dẫn hệ thống quản lý môi trường và chất lượng áp dụng. Tuân thủ Chính sách An toàn và Sức khỏe tại Nơi làm việc và các hướng dẫn hiện hành.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Departments.
