RESPONSIBILITIES:
RECEIPT ORDERS, DEPLOY DRAWINGS AND MANAGE PROGRESS DRAWINGS OF PROJECTS:
- Receive orders and projects from the PM department, and create design plans for assigned projects.
- Analyze drawings, evaluate orders and agree on progress with superiors (factory manager)
- Assign work to employees.
- Design 3D drawings, export 2D drawings.
- Volume separation.
- Make requests for materials.
- Programming laser cutting.
- Laser nesting programming.
- Programming Cutting pipes, boxes...etc.
- Support bending program (bending profiles are difficult in production)
- Support for production deployment: images, measurement data, product mounting profiles, implementation consulting...etc.
- Make a Cont diagram for the project in-house, which external Cont sub-con to bring to the house.
ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT:
- Carry out training and guidance to improve technical skills for affiliated employees.
- Manage and maintain implementation, solving difficulties for employees when running the project.
- Synthesize and check all project-related issues of employees before sending drawings to the production department.
- Report directly to Plant Manager.
OTHER JOBS:
- Participate in production technical meetings to develop drawings.
- Discuss and support PM on technical-related issues during the quoting process for customers.
- Discuss issues related to technical subcontractors.
- Coordinate with other department achieve tactory goals.
- Sending materials' standards to purchasing team when sending BOM.
- Other tasks depending on the arrangement and assignment of the Company's Board of Directors.
