Mô tả Công việc

The S&M Performance Analyst supports the Operations & Marketing teams by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance data to provide actionable insights. This role focuses on building reports, tracking key performance metrics, and supporting data-driven decision-making to improve business performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data related to sales performance, marketing campaigns, and customer behavior.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Ops and Marketing to support MFR/ MBR meetings.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition, campaign ROI, and sales productivity.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities based on data analysis.

Sales & Marketing Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across BUs by stores, product category, and market segment.
  • Track marketing campaign performance and evaluate key metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve commercial performance.
  • Conduct menu glidepath and grid analysis to support product and pricing decisions

Dashboard Development & Data Management

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across different reporting sources.
  • Support the automation and improvement of recurring reports.

Cross-functional & Business Support

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to collect, validate, and interpret performance data.
  • Support management with insightful analysis and presentations for decision-making.
  • Handle ad-hoc analysis requests and contribute to improving data-driven business processes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or related fields.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, sales analytics, or marketing analytics.

Work related skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Understanding of marketing or sales metrics is a plus.

Soft skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Good communication skills to present insights clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
