Mô tả Công việc

1/JOB DESCRIPTION:

Submit monthly NOV volume reports to the Manager
Manage and arrange bookings with shipping liners/co-loaders according to shipment plans
Manage House B/L issuance, revenue, and shipment costs.
Comply with the company’s quality management system and department procedures.
Ensure productivity and service quality, meeting customer requirements.
Handle daily operational tasks.
Understand and use NSCE/SAP; warehouse software is a plus.
Certain tasks will be assigned directly by BOD and GM.
Main Accounts Handled: Air export shipments, FLSV, Booking Agent.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

2/REQUIREMENTS:

Graduated from College or above in related majors
Knowledge of import and export operations
Having at least 1 year of working experience, with a priority to work in the Forwarder
Having experience working for a Japanese company
Good English skills to be able to read documents, exchange emails, make phone calls, or communicate at work are an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word/ Excel/ Email/ Internet)
Clear communication, good planning, analytical & problem-solving skills, teamwork, and able to work under pressure.
Flexible in handling situations; cooperative, dedicated, supportive.
Agile, able to organize tasks effectively
