Prepare submission to get construction permit from Building Management.

Chuẩn bị hồ sơ xin cấp phép thi công với Ban Quản lý tòa nhà.

Supervise finishing and interior construction on the site.

Giám sát công tác hoàn thiện và thi công nội thất tại công trường.

Ensure project schedule always being on time.

Đảm bảo tiến độ dự án luôn đúng kế hoạch.

Control quality of the project.

Kiểm soát chất lượng công trình.

Avoid the risky by report and proposal solution to superior.

Chủ động nhận diện rủi ro, báo cáo và đề xuất giải pháp cho cấp trên.

Other tasks will be assigned by managers.

Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Quản lý.

Age: 25 – 30 years old

Độ tuổi: 25 – 30.

Enthusiastic and proactive.

Có tinh thần làm việc nhóm và định hướng giải quyết vấn đề.

A solution-oriented mindset with a positive approach to challenges, taking full ownership of project quality.

Tư duy hướng đến giải pháp, thái độ tích cực trước thử thách, có trách nhiệm với chất lượng dự án.

Good computer skills at: scheduling (Excel), proposing presentation (Power Point), AutoCAD, …

Sử dụng tốt các công cụ máy tính: Excel (lập tiến độ), PowerPoint (trình bày), AutoCAD, …

Planning skill, schedule management and time management.

Có kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, quản lý tiến độ và quản lý thời gian.

English communication.

Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh.

At least 2 years of experience in interior/finishing construction.

(Work experience in foreign contractor company is an advantage)

Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thi công nội thất/hoàn thiện.

(Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại nhà thầu nước ngoài là một lợi thế)

Good mindset of self conciousness planning, operation preparation.

Có khả năng chủ động lập kế hoạch và chuẩn bị công việc.

Logical thinking.

Tư duy logic.

Compensation and benefits:

Gross salary: 15,000,000 – 22,000,000 VND (negotiable basing on candidate’s ability)

Mức lương gộp: 15.000.000 – 22.000.000 VND (có thể thương lượng theo năng lực).

We are devoted to the improvement of our clients’ performance through office renovation and relocation.The Frontier Consulting Co. Ltd. was established in Tokyo in 2007. We have since established a branch office in Nagoya in 2008 and later on, another branch office in Osaka in 2009. We have been operating with 8 branches in 4 countries for the past few years and have been involved in the office relocation and renovation business for the past five years. Our company’s achievements and know-how—gained through the process of office establishment—were awarded with Japan’s Best Venture 100 Prize in 2009 and 2010.
Although we have been enhancing our clients’ performance for only the past few years, we decided to establish our representative office in Hanoi in order to enhance the workplace in Vietnam. Our main mission in Vietnam is to meet the demand for technology by bringing our high quality interior technology to the table. We established Hanoi Headquarters since 2011, & glad to open HCMC branch since 2016. We started with 3 staff & now there are apporoximately 80 staff through over 10 years of development.
We believe that it is necessary to have a great wealth of knowledge about interior design and to know how it is obtained. In order to maintain our high-quality standards, we find skillful sub-contractors who maintain our standards, communicate with them efficiently and accurately, and set the example for how an office interior should appear.
