Mô tả Công việc

Giám sát thi công công trình kiến trúc, nội thất, biệt thự, nhà phố, căn hộ, nhà hàng, dự án…..
Theo dõi tiến độ thi công, đảm bảo về tiến độ và chất lượng công trình.
Lập nhật ký công trình, biên bản hiện trường, biên bản phát sinh, vv.. liên quan trong quá trình giám sát thi công.
Kiểm tra khối lượng thực tế và xác nhận bản vẽ hoàn công.
Kiểm tra hồ sơ thiết kế, bản vẽ kỹ thuật, vật liệu.
Giám sát chất lượng vật tư, thiết bị lắp đặt cho công trình.
Triển khai chi tiết thi công, kiểm tra biện pháp thi công, nhân lực thi công của nhà thầu phụ tại công trường.
Lập bản vẽ hiện trạng, bản vẽ thi công, bản vẽ hoàn công.
Quản lý các nhà thầu phụ, giám sát tiến độ và chất lượng thi công của thầu phụ.
Thẩm định, nghiệm thu khối lượng và chất lượng của nhà thầu.
Tổng hợp các giấy tờ liên quan đến việc kết thúc dự án và thực hiện công tác nghiệm thu công trình với các thầu phụ và chủ đầu tư.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận thực hiện công tác nghiệm thu, bàn giao với khách hàng.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan thực hiện các thủ tục xin phép, cấp phép thi công dự án.
Triển khai thực hiện các thủ tục ra vào công trường.
Điều phối công tác vận chuyển và lắp đặt đồ nội thất.
Thực hiện công tác bảo trì, bảo hành dự án.
Kiểm tra việc bảo quản vật tư tại công trình đang thi công.
Đảm bảo an toàn lao động, vệ sinh trong quá trình thi công công trình.
Báo cáo tình trạng thi công hàng ngày tại công trình cho QLDA (tiến độ, chất lượng, khối lượng,...). Cảnh báo các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng, khối lượng và tiến độ công trình.
Báo cáo công việc định kì hoặc đột xuất theo yêu cầu của QLDA và quản lý các cấp.
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của QLDA và quản lý các cấp.
Thu thập tất cả thông tin về địa điểm công trình

Supervising construction of architecture and interior works, villas, townhouses, apartments, restaurants, projects...
Monitoring construction progress, ensuring the progress and quality of the work.
Making work diary, field minutes, arising minutes, etc.. related in the construction supervision process.
Check the actual volume and confirm the as-built drawing.
Check design documents, technical drawings, materials.
Monitoring the quality of materials and equipment installed for the project.
Deploy construction details, check construction methods, construction manpower of subcontractors at the construction site.
Prepare current drawings, construction drawings, as-built drawings.
Managing subcontractors, monitoring progress and quality of subcontractors' construction.
Appraisal and acceptance of the contractor's quantity and quality.
Compilation of documents related to project completion and acceptance of works with subcontractors and investors.
Coordinating with departments to carry out the acceptance and handover to customers.
Coordinate with relevant departments to carry out the procedures for applying for and granting construction permits for the project.
Implement the entry and exit procedures at the site.
Coordinate the transportation and installation of furniture.
Carrying out project maintenance and warranty work.
Check the preservation of materials at the construction site.
Ensuring labor safety and hygiene during the construction process.
Report daily construction status at the site to the project manager (progress, quality, volume,...). Warning problems related to quality, volume and progress of works.
Report work periodically or irregularly at the request of project managers and managers at all levels.
Perform other tasks at the request of project managers and managers at all levels.
Collect all information about the construction site.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm 1 năm trở lên trong lĩnh vực giám sát thi công nội thất kiến trúc cao cấp.
Ưu tiên đã từng làm việc ở công ty xây dựng, nội thất, rành về các loại vật liệu nội thất.
Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên các ngành Kỹ sư Xây dựng, Kiến trúc Nội thất.
Am hiểu tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của các loại vật tư, thiết bị xây dựng – lắp đặt công trình.
Đọc hiểu, xử lý bản vẽ kỹ thuật thi công.
Sử dụng tốt các phần mềm AutoCAD, MS Office……
Sẵn sàng đi công tác tỉnh (nếu nhu cầu công việc cần).
Tâm huyết với công việc, nghề nghiệp, có mong muốn làm việc lâu dài.
Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, khả năng làm việc nhóm tốt, đạo đức nghề nghiệp tốt, chịu được áp lực công việc.

Prefer 1 years of experience in the field of supervision of high-class architectural interior construction.
Prior experience working in a construction company is preferred, familiar with interior materials.
Graduated from College or above in Civil Engineering, Interior Architecture.
Understanding technical standards of materials and equipment for construction and installation works.
Read, understand and process engineering drawings.
Good use of AutoCAD, MS Office software...
Willing to go on a business trip to the province (if needed)
Enthusiastic about work, career, have a desire to work for a long time.
Have high sense of responsibility, good teamwork skills, professional ethics, and ability to work under pressure.
