Mô tả Công việc

  • Design schematics based on technical requirements and support component selection.
  • Perform PCB layout directly (not just collaborating), including stack‑up definition, routing of power, high‑speed, RF, and sensitive analog signals following best‑practice guidelines.
  • Perform board bring‑up, hardware debugging, and signal measurement using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power analyzers.
  • Conduct R&D testing, including functional validation, power tests, stress tests, and EMI pre‑compliance tests.
  • Prepare technical documentation: schematic, BOM, layout notes, test plan, and validation reports.
  • Work closely with the firmware team for feature testing and hardware–software integration.
  • Support prototype build, review DFM/DFT, and coordinate with manufacturing/testing teams.
  • Participate in design reviews, evaluate risks, and contribute improvement ideas.
  • Continuously update knowledge of new technologies, design standards, and best practices.
  • Any other duties as and when required by Head/ Manager/Leader

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Graduated from the University, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Schematics & PCB design experience.
  • Experience with MCUs (STM, NXP, Microchip, etc) and interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc).
  • Knowledge of RF (Wi-Fi, BLE, Cellular, GNSS, etc) design and high-speed PCB (DDR, PCIe, HDMI).
  • Experience in battery management systems (BMS) and power supply design, including LDO, Buck, and Boost converters.
  • Proficiency in Altium, KiCad, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Pads.
  • Experience in detailed electronics design, implementation & testing of complex PCBA designs, design for test/manufacture & quality.
  • Familiar with DFM/DFT and hardware validation tools (oscilloscope, power analyzer).
  • Knowledge of international design standards such as IPC (IPC-2221, IPC-7351, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610) to ensure product quality and reliability.
