Job purpose

The Compliance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Company and all Departments/Functions within MCH to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies related to Occupational Health & Safety, Environment, Fire Prevention & Fighting (FPF), Maintenance, and other relevant operational activities. This role also participates in the development of compliance policies and promotes a culture of compliance through training and awareness initiatives

1. Compliance Policy Development and Implementation

Support the Compliance Manager in developing policies and procedures to ensure legal and internal compliance across companies and departments under MCH.

2. Monitoring and Evaluation

Develop plans and checklists for ad-hoc and periodic internal compliance audits.
Identify and assess issues and potential risks, and propose corrective actions related to operational, safety, health, environmental management (SHE), fire prevention, and maintenance.
Monitor and update relevant legal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies concerning SHE, fire prevention, and maintenance.
Support and coordinate compliance controls in other areas assigned by the Compliance Manager.
Track and verify follow-up actions and preventive measures taken by departments/units’ post-audit.

3. Advisory and Training

Provide advice and recommendations to departments on compliance matters related to SHE, fire safety, maintenance, and other operational issues.
Support the development of communication materials and training programs to strengthen the culture of compliance.
Recommend control points to help identify potential risks and drive continuous improvement in compliance performance across MCH entities.

4. Reporting

Prepare ad-hoc and periodic reports for the Compliance Manager on the compliance status of assigned areas.
Develop and manage reporting systems and feedback mechanisms for post-audit corrective actions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education: University degree in technical fields related to Occupational Safety, Environment, Law, or other relevant disciplines.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience working in the field of SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) compliance at major companies, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
English proficiency: Ability to use English in a professional work setting.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to the company's industry.
