Fujikura Fiber Optics Vietnam Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FOV) is invested 100% Japanese Fujikura Group, started the operation in April 2001. We are specialized in manufacturing fiber optics components and Medical devices; and are hiring HSE Staff and Receptionist Staff to join our team due to new business plan. You will have many opportunities to work and learn in a creative and professional environment and will be responsible for the below categories:

Key responsibilities for HSE STAFF:

Legal Compliance Management: Manage and monitor legal compliance through system maintenance, daily updates, and corrective actions.
Establish and monitor objectives for environmental program, and provide ISO 14001 awareness training
Develop waste management procedures, classify and control waste quantities, and ensure storage areas and disposal partners meet legal standards.
Develop emergency response plans for chemical and environmental incidents, and manage spill kit inventory.
Develop and maintain internal HSE guidelines, policies, and compliance procedures. Prepare and submit periodic HSE reports to local authorities.

Key responsibilities for RECEPTIONIST STAFF:

Welcome and support visitors by handling registration, arranging meeting rooms, and preparing necessary logistics (refreshments, equipment, welcome kits, etc.).
Handle incoming calls and emails; provide administrative support to employees and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate company cars and taxis on a daily basis; monitor related costs, contracts, and process payments.
Manage telecom services (SIM cards, phone expenses, devices); support employees and liaise with service providers.
Manage office supplies and equipment (laptops, projectors, etc.), ensuring availability as requested.
Monitor, verify, and process administrative expenses (taxi, telephone, and other services).
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Coordinate company contributions and donations to external organizations.
Maintain and control company records and contracts.
Support the organization of company events (factory tours, company events, holidays, etc.).
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

*** Requirement for HSE STAFF:

Bachelor’s degree in Environment management, Health, safety, environmental engineering, OHS Engineering or Engineering related (Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic, Chemical,..)
Mandatory awareness of ISO 14001.
Additional awareness of ISO 9001 and ISO 14064 is a plus.
Can use office computer
Good communicate in English (4 skills)
Strong communication and coordination skills (Internal & External)
Japanese language skills are preferable (Advanced asset)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Foreign language (English)
1-year experience is a plus: customer service, admin staff,...
Can use MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
Good communicate in English (4 skills)
Japanese is a plus (not compulsory)

For over 20 years of operation, FOV has developing in manufacturing and producing new products transferred by Fujikura Japan.
