Mô tả Công việc

Trách nhiệm chính:

Sắp xếp đặt chỗ tàu và lịch trình container

Chuẩn bị/kiểm tra chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu, khai báo hải quan, C/O

Hoàn tất các khoản phải trả, phát hành hóa đơn và theo dõi thanh toán

Giám sát dữ liệu kho và đối chiếu hàng tháng

Hiểu biết về báo cáo quyết toán xuất nhập khẩu hàng năm

Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange vessel bookings & container schedules

Prepare/verify export & import documents, customs declarations, C/O

Finalize accounts payable, issue invoices, and monitor payments

Oversee warehouse data and monthly reconciliations

Knowledge of annual import–export settlement reports

Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Yêu cầu công việc:

Tốt nghiệp Đại học

1-2 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương

Tiếng Anh cơ bản

Phúc lợi:

Tham gia BHXH, BHYT, BHTN, phép năm đầy đủ theo quy định nhà nước

Tham gia BH full lương

Thời gian làm việc: Từ thứ 2 – thứ 6: 8g-17g, Thứ 7: 8g-12g

Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

1–2 years of experience in a similar position

Basic English proficiency
