Mô tả Công việc

- Directly consult and sell insurance products to TFSVN customers, including motor insurance, loan protection insurance, and travel insurance.

- Advise and sell Value Chain Loan products to support Toyota and TFSVN customers.

- Customer care: Answer inquiries and provide support before and after customers use the services.

- Reporting: Record call information in the system and report sales performance to the manager.

- Take responsibility for sales targets.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- College degree or higher.

- At least 3 years of experience in telesales or direct sales at insurance or finance companies.

- Active, energetic, and quick-thinking.

- Communication skills: Clear, pleasant, and expressive voice.

- Persuasion and negotiation skills: Ability to convince customers to use products/services over the phone.

- Problem-solving & customer psychology skills: Ability to quickly understand customer needs and handle objections and complaints effectively.

- Computer skills: Proficient in office software and familiar with CRM systems.
