Tại Unity Architects, mỗi dự án đều là một tác phẩm nghệ thuật. Chúng tôi đang tìm Concept Designer có tầm nhìn và sáng tạo, chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng concept chủ đạo, moodboard, look & feel… đảm bảo trải nghiệm khách hàng ấn tượng và xuyên suốt.

Đây là cơ hội để bạn làm việc trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp, tiêu chuẩn quốc tế, đồng hành cùng các dự án đa dạng và khách hàng tập đoàn.

BẠN SẼ LÀM GÌ?

I. Giai đoạn Đấu thầu

Nghiên cứu yêu cầu khách hàng, làm việc chặt chẽ với Designer chính để xây dựng Concept Design phù hợp định hướng và guideline của khách hàng.
Phối hợp cùng Designer chính để tạo bộ Concept đầy đủ: Mood & Tone, Material Board, Furniture Selection, Reference Images, Artwork…
Đề xuất & chuẩn bị vật liệu, mockup phù hợp với concept.
Làm việc sát với team để đảm bảo tiến độ và timeline dự án.

II. Giai đoạn Thi công

Phụ trách vật liệu & mockup, theo dõi các mốc: phê duyệt mẫu, phối hợp cùng Designer để duyệt mẫu cuối.
Thiết kế artwork/graphic/signage theo yêu cầu dự án, đảm bảo sáng tạo, phù hợp xu hướng thị trường và nhu cầu khách hàng.
Sourcing & tư vấn vật dụng décor phù hợp concept và tăng tính thẩm mỹ không gian.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Giám đốc Thiết kế.

BẠN SẼ PHÙ HỢP NẾU

I. Chuyên môn

Tốt nghiệp ngành Thiết kế Nội thất hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Mạnh về sáng tạo, phát triển concept, tư duy thẩm mỹ tốt, ý tưởng bay bổng, cập nhật trend thiết kế văn phòng của các MNC.
Khả năng research hình ảnh, tài liệu và sắp xếp logic.
Thành thạo AI, Photoshop, AutoCAD, có khả năng sketch tay là lợi thế.
Khả năng Presentation tốt.
Tiếng Anh tốt (nghe – nói – đọc – viết).
Tư duy phân tích & tư duy thẩm mỹ tốt.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp – làm việc nhóm hài hòa.
Biết lập kế hoạch, trình bày và quản lý tiến độ công việc.
Kiến thức tốt về nguyên lý thiết kế, vật liệu, màu sắc & décor hiện đại.

II. Thái độ – Tính cách

Trách nhiệm cao, gắn bó & chịu được áp lực công việc.
Tác phong chuyên nghiệp, nhanh nhẹn, đáng tin cậy.
Sáng tạo, dám thử thách, chủ động học hỏi.
