Mô tả Công việc

• Participate in the process of handling infringing to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the representative company such as contact, negotiation,..;

• Review and draft contracts and resolve problems arising during contract performance;

• Conduct activities of collecting and researching documents and evidences related to the case in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the representative company;

• Research, regularly and promptly update changes in laws and circulars,... related to the Company's field of activity;

• Drafting and translating documents in bilanguages;

• Consulting and responding legal issues that customers require;

• Other tasks at the request of management;

• Manage office documents and legal documents of the Company.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Have knowledge and experience in Intellectual Property Law and/or the situation and operation of Vietnamese enterprises;

• Graduating from University or higher majoring in Law and Economics (preferred);

• Have experience working with the infringer (preferred);

• Be proactive in work, withstand work pressure;

• Problem-solving skills;

• Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize information;

• Good communication and negotiation skills;

• High sense of responsibility and confidentiality;

• Proficiency in English (required), Korean (preferred).
