IT Support (Level 1) – Kickstart Your Career in a Global Environment 🚀

Looking to grow your IT career in an international setting? Join our dynamic team as a Level 1 IT Support Specialist and become the first point of contact for users across the globe. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience with leading technologies while building a strong foundation for your future in IT.

🌍 What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first line of support, ensuring smooth IT operations for end users
  • Monitor and manage IT service tickets with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Analyze incidents and requests, resolving those within L1 scope efficiently
  • Track and follow up on unresolved tickets, ensuring SLA compliance
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when needed
  • Perform daily system checks and routine tasks following established procedures
  • Provide user support via phone and ticketing systems
  • Collaborate with international teams and ensure smooth shift handovers
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service quality

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field
  • English proficiency (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent)
  • Experience in IT support or customer service is a strong advantage
  • A proactive, reliable, and quick-learning mindset
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have: French language skills
