Mô tả Công việc

You will be responsible for supporting sales activities related to the installation of solar power systems for factories, distributors, and EPC companies.

Main Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Handle order processing, input data into internal systems, and track progress.
Support existing clients, mainly through coordination with local distributors.
Assist Japanese business travelers (e.g., making restaurant reservations, arranging schedules).
Accompany client visits, including those to industrial parks.
Provide interpretation and translation between Japanese and Vietnamese (for meetings, documents, catalogs, etc.).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or higher.
Experience working at a manufacturing company is a plus (industry not specified).
Proactive and able to think independently rather than waiting for instructions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders.
Stable work history with relatively few job changes.
Chinese or English (Preferred).
