Mô tả Công việc

Join a foreign-invested real estate developer and lead all corporate and project-based legal activities for residential and urban development projects.

Oversee all legal matters including corporate, project investment, and construction-related legal issues (especially apartment projects for FDI enterprises).
Provide legal counsel to ensure full compliance with local law and relevant regulations.
Support management with legal risk assessment and project documentation.
Other details will be discussed via interview.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (LLB/LLM); Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate is an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
In-depth knowledge of corporate and project law, with proven experience in real estate and urban development.
Experience in residential/condominium projects is highly preferred.
Fluent in English and local language, both spoken and written.
Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Benefits:

Gross Salary: Negotiable based on ability and experience, maximum 40 million
Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance regimes in accordance with the current
Vietnamese Labor Law. Bao Viet Healthcare Insurance program according to the Company's regulations after 2-month probation.
Bonus paid once a year and review of salary once a year.
The union regimes, the welfare regimes according to the Company's regulations.
