Mô tả Công việc

  • Manage and expand the existing and potential key account portfolio within the Modern Trade (Pharma Chains & Consumer) channels to achieve assigned sales growth and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement streamlined commercial strategies to optimize operational efficiency
  • Establish and nurture professional, strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders within the Modern Trade segment
  • Monitor, analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), and proactively propose data-driven improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and joint business plans (JBP) for Key Accounts.
  • Benchmark market best practices to update the Management Team on emerging opportunities, market challenges, and actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing departments to ensure brand consistency and maximize Point-of-Sale (POS) efficiency.
  • Lead and execute new product launches (NPI) in coordination with all cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build and leverage an extensive personal network across all regions to drive business expansion.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 3 years in Modern Trade (either Sales or Trade Marketing)
  • University degree (Business background), Pharma background is not preferrable.
  • Fluent English Speaking is a must.
  • Experience in Key Account Management (preferably B2C).
  • Strong leadership, team management, negotiation skill
  • Good understanding of Category Management,
  • Customer Joint Business Planning Business Analytics
