Mô tả Công việc

  • Manage and grow key supermarket accounts to achieve GMV targets and align with the company’s growth strategy.
  • Identify and approach potential clients within the supermarket channel to expand the company’s partner network.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients while continuously acquiring new customers on a monthly basis.
  • Closely monitor assigned accounts’ performance, track business activities, and provide regular reports and insights.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues appropriately to ensure a seamless experience and high customer satisfaction with the company's products and services.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • 2–3 years of experience in the supermarket channel or F&B industry.
  • Proven experience working with large corporations is highly preferred.
  • Strong work ethic with persistence, resilience, and patience.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
