Farm Coach at Dole Vietnam is expected to deliver the following key result areas:
1. Perform quality inspections of products and processes from production up to the shipment based on prescribe sampling procedures and techniques and conduct sensory evaluation (if
needed) to meet the set quality specifications, standards, and tolerances.
2. Monitor and check records of all required processes and product quality parameters; recommend corrective actions for any deviations to specifications, standards, and tolerances.
3. Monitor the implementation or corrective actions.
4. Assist QA supervisor in the conduct of internal QA and FSS audits of existing suppliers – both farm and facilities.
5. Perform manufacturing process audit to ensure conformance to established standards, procedures, and protocols.
6. Conduct sampling and inspection of all incoming products including raw materials (whether imported or locally sourced).
7. Ensure that products are stored and shipped in accordance to prescribed storage and shipping temperatures to maintain the quality and freshness of all products.
8. Ensure storage conditions and temperatures are monitored and recorded in the prescribed inspection form.
9. Adhere and support all policies related to quality and food safety including all applicable quality and food safety system procedures, protocols, and guidelines.
10. Support and observe all Company policies, standards, Code of Conduct and processes and project Company’s Image amongst all internal and external customers;
11. Monitor the weather data at farms and make reports;
12. Travel to other farms followed the assignment of company;
13. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
