Mô tả Công việc

Perform check-in and check-out procedures for residents and guests.
Handle payment transactions in accordance with company regulations.
Monitor guest access and support security and operational activities within the apartment complex.
Assist residents with temporary residence registration procedures as required by local authorities.
Receive, follow up, and coordinate the resolution of customer requests, inquiries, and feedback.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best possible service experience for residents.
Perform other tasks assigned by the management team.

Thực hiện thủ tục nhận phòng (check-in) và trả phòng (check-out) cho cư dân và khách.
Thực hiện các giao dịch thanh toán theo đúng quy định của công ty.
Kiểm soát việc ra vào của khách và hỗ trợ các hoạt động an ninh, vận hành trong khu căn hộ.
Hỗ trợ cư dân thực hiện thủ tục đăng ký tạm trú theo yêu cầu của cơ quan chức năng.
Tiếp nhận, theo dõi và phối hợp xử lý các yêu cầu, thắc mắc và phản hồi của khách hàng.
Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan nhằm mang đến trải nghiệm dịch vụ tốt nhất cho cư dân.
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Ban Quản lý.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Female, Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma preferred.
Previous experience in Receptionist, Customer Service, Hospitality, Hotel, or Serviced Apartment environments is an advantage.
Good command of English communication skills.
Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Professional appearance and demeanor with strong communication skills.
Careful, responsible, and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle situations effectively and work well under pressure.
Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule:
-- Morning Shift: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
-- Afternoon Shift: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Nữ, tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học.
Có kinh nghiệm Lễ tân, Chăm sóc khách hàng, Khách sạn hoặc Căn hộ dịch vụ là lợi thế.
Giao tiếp tiếng Anh khá; biết tiếng Nhật là điểm cộng.
Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
Ngoại hình sáng, tác phong chuyên nghiệp, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
Cẩn thận, trách nhiệm, yêu thích công việc dịch vụ khách hàng.
Khả năng xử lý tình huống và làm việc dưới áp lực tốt.
Có thể làm việc theo ca luân phiên:
-- Ca sáng: 06:00 – 14:00
-- Ca chiều: 14:00 – 22:00

Thu nhập hấp dẫn: 9.000.000 – 11.000.000 VNĐ/tháng (bao gồm thưởng hiệu quả công việc sau khi ký hợp đồng lao động chính thức).
