Mô tả Công việc

Review and provide legal consultation on contracts and legal documents
Review and advise on customer legal requirements
Plan and conduct CSR assessments for suppliers and subcontractors
Support external audits related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Conduct YGCC self-checks and internal audits (YHA / YKK Group audits)
Monitor and control social compliance of suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare and submit WBS reports to YHA
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Section Chief

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Law
At least 2 years of experience in legal consulting, legal matters in a manufacturing company, or contract review
Fresh graduates may be considered if Candidate demonstrate strong capability and good performance
Good communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills
Strong skills in drafting contracts and legal documents
Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
