Mô tả Công việc

We are looking for 2 staffs with job description as below. Candidate can select to apply either one or two jobs to enlarge your recruitment opportunity.

1. Logistics operation staff (Log-ops)

- Take care of customs clearance, declare information via Viet Nam Single window to Port Authorities / related Department for vessel in/out Ho Chi Minh / Cai Mep ports.

- Boarding Agent/ prepare shore-pass for crews/ make customs clearance for empties reposition / transshipments.

- Make load/discharge list of container export/import, monitor reefer container not in range and inform related party.

- Monitor booking forecast and submit to head office to make PRE-LOADING plan.

- Co-operate with Sales/Customer Service team to solve customer’s problems

2.Logistics operation staff (Log-ecs)

+ Set up tariff for transportation (inland trucking, domestic barge service)

+ Create and send Dispatch order via system for the above said routing / transportation

+ Process invoices of domestic transport/ feeder costs

+ Coordinate to arrange empty haulage

+ Sending order & import docs for vendors to arrange laden haulage

+ Monitoring overdue of laden overdue and coordinate with relate parties to trace liable party

+ Monitoring & pushing vendors to transport empty to catch MTC ordered plan

+Daily checking Laden Overdue including Imp/Exp/tranship and handle timely"

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education & Background

Bachelor's degree from a college or university
Preferred majors: Maritime Studies, International Trade, Import/Export, Business Administration, Logistics

Skills & Competencies

****** Working experience is not requried. Fresh graduate is welcome *********

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional and friendly communication style
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting agreed terms and conditions

Additional Criteria

Age: younger than 28
