Mô tả Công việc

Location: YCH Bình Hòa, Thuận An, Bình Dương (gần trạm thu phí cầu ông Bố). Please consider your commute to ensure long-term cooperation and work-life balance.

Oversee and handle full sets of import-export documents, including Invoices, Packing Lists, $B/L$, and $C/O$
Execute customs clearance procedures fluently using VNACCS/VCIS systems for both inbound and outbound shipments
Monitor shipment schedules and progress according to lead times to ensure on-time delivery; inform related departments and customers of any updates
Supervise, train, and arrange working schedules/shifts for the documentation team to meet KPIs and company goals.
Coordinate with domestic customers, overseas agents, and truck drivers (including clearing cash advances) to resolve any booking or documentation issues
Update and guide team members on changes in legal regulations, decrees, and circulars related to import/expor

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

3-5 years of experience in relevant positions; candidates with a background in 3PL or Logistics are highly preferred.
Experience in Forwarding/3PL companies is a big plus.
Bachelor’s or College degree in International Business, Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and expert knowledge of e-customs software (VNACCS/VCIS/ECUS).
Good English communication skills (both speaking and writing) is a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Honest, careful, dynamic, and capable of working under high pressure.
