Carry out design of electrical items (electrodynamics, Extra Low Voltage) of civil and industrial construction works, manage M&E works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline.
Catch up the requirements and specification of equipment.
Evaluating tenders received for mechanical & electrical works
Supervising the installation of building services, ensuring that specifications for standards, performance and safety are met.
Making plan and organize for the construction, installing the M&E system for the project according to the prescribed budget and schedule to meet the requirements of the investors.
Ensuring that building systems are in good working order before handing the project over to the client
Conducting calculations, dissecting volumes, making estimates, bids and offering effective and economical solutions for designing electrical and Extra low voltage systems
Support construction supervision, coordinate with the investor, supervise consultant, contact with contractors, go on site, site inspection when required.
Comply with the company's design processes and specialized regulations and standards.
Participate in the process of making bid quotes for electromechanical items.
Support technical for the management of construction site upon request from construction site.
Ability to make estimates, invite tenders and select suitable contractors for construction project

Professional qualification: Bachelor's degree in M&E engineering, Site inspection, practising certificate and Design is preferred
More than 4 years experiences as M&E Engineer in construction industry
Language skills: Fluent in writing & speaking English (Receive CV in English)
Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar
Proactive spirit in work, dynamic, responsible, reliable and professional work
Ability to work independently and in groups.
Cheerful, sociable, working principle, responsibly, capable of working hard under high pressure and meeting deadlines
Willing to work far when required
