- Responsible for ensuring absolute safety for himself, contractor staff and staff of other departments
- Monitor, inspect and repair Mechanical equipment within scope of responsibility.
- Report to the MIT Assistant manager all activities, incidents and issues that need to be discussed. Provide ideas on troubleshooting and important work.
- Be present when called to handle incidents, work requests and other activities within the scope of the mechanical department and area of responsibility …etc
'- Record and fill in all information and sign on checklists/check sheets during maintenance, keep records and monitor daily work, check activities in the shift log/maintenance log.
- Be present promptly when requested to resolve incidents as well as other requests 24/7.
- Daily monitoring and observing of abnormal problems on all mechanical equipment in the factory as well as other auxiliary mechanical equipment, including water supply and drainage systems, firefighting systems, AC systems, etc.
- Maintaining and cleaning the repair shop area, working areas in the factory and other related areas
- Responsible for complying with SOPs of maintenance room activities, complying with procedures and regulations on food safety and hygiene to ensure that work is performed safely and effectively. Participate in projects related to ISO, HACCP or coordinate the development of procedures with production departments when required.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining spare equipment, gauges and tools of the maintenance department as well as mechanical equipment in the maintenance and repair workshop
- Carry out and complete on time all scheduled breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance work according to the set priority levels.
- Comply with company regulations & perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by superiors when necessary.
