RESPONSIBILITIES / TRÁCH NHIỆM

• Perform prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting products during the development stage / Thực hiện chế tạo mẫu, thử nghiệm và xử lý sự cố sản phẩm trong giai đoạn phát triển

• Build and develop fixtures and tools for quality inspection and assembly lines / Thiết kế và phát triển đồ gá, dụng cụ phục vụ kiểm tra chất lượng và dây chuyền lắp ráp

• Build, develop, and maintain equipment/machines for the mechanical lab / Thiết kế, phát triển và bảo trì thiết bị/máy móc cho phòng lab cơ khí

• Develop, operate, and organize the Mechanical Lab / Xây dựng, vận hành và tổ chức phòng lab cơ khí

• Perform measurements using VMM (Vision Measuring Machine), CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), vernier calipers, dial/height gauges, and other instruments; also conduct functional testing for component and product validation / Thực hiện đo lường bằng máy VMM, CMM, thước cặp, đồng hồ so/đồng hồ đo cao và các thiết bị khác; đồng thời thực hiện kiểm tra chức năng để xác nhận linh kiện và sản phẩm

• Work closely with the assembly team to transfer products from the development stage to mass production / Phối hợp với bộ phận lắp ráp để chuyển giao sản phẩm từ giai đoạn phát triển sang sản xuất hàng loạt

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Engineering Manager / Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Quản lý Kỹ thuật

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

PREREQUISITES / YÊU CẦU

• College or technical training qualification in automotive, mechanical, machining, fitter and turner, or industrial fields / Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc đào tạo kỹ thuật các ngành ô tô, cơ khí, gia công, lắp ráp hoặc công nghiệp

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a similar role or We welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn/ Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương hoặc Các bạn mới ra trường có tinh thần học hỏi cao

• Able to read and understand technical drawings/ có thể đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật

• Relevant work experience in a machine shop, quality department, or assembly / Có kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan tại xưởng gia công, bộ phận chất lượng hoặc lắp ráp

• Basic English / Tiếng Anh cơ bản

• Basic skills in 2D & 3D CAD drawing (AutoCAD, ProE, SolidWorks, etc.)/ Kỹ năng cơ bản về thiết kế bản vẽ CAD 2D & 3D (AutoCAD, ProE, SolidWorks, v.v.

• Microsoft Excel – ability to create tables, charts, and reports / Microsoft Excel - có khả năng lập bảng, biểu đồ và báo cáo
