REQUIREMENTS:
1.Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
2.Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Electric / Electrical / HVAC
- Experience working with design consultants, suppliers, or contractors
- Experience in preparing layout drawings, technical documents, and project design packages
- Understanding of basic construction processes and local building regulations
3.Training / License / Certification
- Certificates related to design software (AutoCAD, Revit) are preferred
4.Essential Traits (Technical Skills)
- Strong skills in layout design, MEP drawing, attention to detail, and patience in drafting work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software.
- Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings.
- Good documentation and file management practices.
- Understanding of MEP systems, codes, and standards.

Primarily office-based with regular site visits as required.

Works on store layout design, technical drawings, documentation, and coordination for new stores and renovation projects across Jollibee Vietnam.
