Mô tả Công việc

- Chủ trì thiết kế các hệ thống MEP (Điện, Nước, HVAC, PCCC) từ giai đoạn ý tưởng đến bản vẽ thi công.

Lead the design of MEP systems (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting) from concept to shop drawings.

- Kiểm soát chất lượng và tính khả thi của hồ sơ thiết kế, đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy chuẩn (TCVN, NFPA, AS...).

Control the quality and feasibility of design documents, ensuring compliance with standards (TCVN, NFPA, AS...).

- Lập phương án kỹ thuật và đề xuất giải pháp thay thế (Value Engineering) để tối ưu chi phí và tăng tính cạnh tranh cho hồ sơ thầu.

Develop technical proposals and suggest Value Engineering solutions to optimize costs and enhance bid competitiveness.

- Bóc tách khối lượng (BOQ) và thẩm định báo giá từ nhà thầu phụ/nhà cung cấp.

Coordinate Quantity Take-off (BOQ) and verify quotations from subcontractors/suppliers.

- Phân công công việc, đào tạo và giám sát tiến độ của đội ngũ kỹ sư MEP.

Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor the progress of the MEP engineering team.

- Làm việc trực tiếp với Chủ đầu tư và các đơn vị tư vấn để giải quyết các vướng mắc kỹ thuật.

Work directly with Clients and consultants to resolve technical issues.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Học vấn / Education: Cử nhân chuyên ngành Điện, Nhiệt lạnh, Cấp thoát nước hoặc tương đương.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing Engineering, or related fields.

- Kinh nghiệm / Experience: Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm MEP hệ Điện, trong đó ít nhất 2 năm ở vị trí quản lý/trưởng nhóm.

Minimum 5 years of MEP experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/team lead role.

- Kỹ năng / Skills: Thành thạo AutoCAD, Revit MEP và các phần mềm tính toán chuyên ngành.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and specialized calculation software.

- Tiếng Anh chuyên ngành tốt (đọc hiểu tài liệu và giao tiếp kỹ thuật).

Good technical English (reading documents and technical communication).

- Kỹ năng đàm phán và thuyết trình tốt.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
