Mô tả Công việc

Monitor the grogress of fabric & trims to meet all required T&A.
Collaborate with internal technical depts for the best execution of the products.
Maintain all records in good & systematic order.
Monitor local/overseas gmt factories to deliver the quality product with on time delivery.
Work within the division according to business objectives and strategies set down by the management;
Ensure seamless coordination with internal colleagues related to production and development issues;
Manage and lead associates within the division to ensure compliance with job responsibilities and objectives,
Market research & sourcing.

Work closely with other departments to meet all the deadlines, T&A.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Over 10 years merchandising experience;
Experience of leading a merchandising team.
Possess good knowledge of woven/knits fabrics & gmt WIP.
Good command of written/spoken English.
Sound PC knowledge.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong leadership and good organizational skills;
Have ability in costing, sourcing & development;
Work independently under high pressure;
Good interpersonal skills;
High flexibility for mobility (preferable); willing to travel
Aggressive to build a successful career.
Vietnam citizen only
