Network & System Administrator (3-5 YoE | English Speaking)

We are looking for a hands-on Network and System Administrator with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in both enterprise networking and server administration. Your primary mission is to deploy, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise servers, networks, and hybrid cloud environments, guaranteeing uncompromised security and high availability.

Key Responsibilities

Network Administration & Security

• Infrastructure Management: Configure and maintain network hardware, including switches, routers, wireless access points, and firewalls (specifically Fortinet/FortiGate).
• Protocol & Connectivity: Implement and manage VPNs, VLANs, QoS, NAT, and advanced routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
• Monitoring & Incident Response: Monitor network traffic and performance trends using diagnostic tools (Wireshark, PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds). Respond quickly to service disruptions and implement corrective actions.
• Security & Maintenance: Conduct regular vulnerability scans, perform firmware updates, and collaborate with security teams to enforce network hardening.
• Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary technical point of contact with ISPs and external vendors for troubleshooting and infrastructure upgrades.

System & Server Administration

• Server Management: Install, configure, and administer physical and virtual servers running Windows and Linux OS.
• Virtualization & Cloud: Manage enterprise virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox) and hybrid cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS).
• Identity & Access: Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, GPOs, LDAP, and Single Sign-On (SSO) systems.
• Disaster Recovery: Maintain highly reliable backup systems (e.g., Veeam) and perform routine disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity.
• Automation: Utilize scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash) to automate repetitive administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain highly accurate and up-to-date documentation of network topologies, IP schemas, equipment inventory, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure all infrastructure setups strictly comply with internal IT policies and security standards.
