Mô tả Công việc

JOB PURPOSE:

Lead the development of products with a strong understanding of customer requirements in design, process, and quality by coordinating with the project leader and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of qualified products, providing support in design, process, and problem-solving, and preparing and reviewing the technical team’s PPAP deliverables.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop and validate manufacturing processes for new products before mass production.
Participate in product design review to ensure manufacturability.
Define process flow, work instructions (WI), and technical documentation for production.
Support trial runs, pilot production, and process validation activities.
Analyze the issues in product development, solve the issues with analytical thinking and trial-out build and optimize the product appearance and dimension
Preparing BOM, product label, FMEA, sample request sheet, and ordering material for sample parts.
Reviewing process flow chart, playbook, layup design, prepreg nesting, estimated IE time, and custom information.
Establishing and maintaining MES/ERP information as required.
Reviewing working instructions for each process and MES scanning sheet.
Keep a good track of the sample manufacturing and be aware of existing problems, Prepare/update the lesson-learned database according to the trial-out report, and problem-tracking report from the process engineer.
Updating project LOP weekly.
Ensuring all the working instructions, BOM, playbook, layup design, part history, etc. are updated and published on time.
Monitor process performance indicators such as yield, scrap rate, cycle time, and efficiency.
Analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Create and maintain process documentation including process flow, work instructions, control plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor of mechanical, automotive or mechantronics major.
Over 3 years experience in production as Process Engineer in Manufacturing company.
Strong understanding of manufacturing whole processes and process optimization.
Ability to control product appearance and dimension
Problem-solving, decision-making, and root-cause analysis abilities.
Good English communication skills.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
Able to use SolidWorks and Netting software at intermediate level.
