Supervise and check the entire set of painting/surface protection work (coating & painting) at the construction site or factory.
Ensure the cement painting construction process complies with technical standards, project processes and customer requirements.
Check the surface before painting (cleanliness, soil level, environmental conditions: temperature, humidity, dew point...).
Supervise the construction process: blasting, painting, coating, and maintenance.
Prepare inspection reports, work logs, and paint quality records (QA/QC documents).
Coordinate with QA/QC, Site Manager and related departments to handle arising issues. Make sure to supplement HSE regulations during construction.

TIẾNG VIỆT

Giám sát và kiểm tra toàn bộ công tác sơn/bảo vệ bề mặt (coating & painting) tại công trường hoặc nhà máy.
Đảm bảo quá trình thi công sơn tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, quy trình dự án và yêu cầu của khách hàng.
Kiểm tra bề mặt trước khi sơn (độ sạch, độ nhám, điều kiện môi trường: nhiệt độ, độ ẩm, điểm sương…).
Giám sát quá trình thi công: blasting, painting, coating, curing.
Lập báo cáo kiểm tra, nhật ký công việc và hồ sơ chất lượng sơn (QA/QC documents).
Phối hợp với QA/QC, Site Manager và các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.
Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về HSE trong quá trình thi công

ENGLISH

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the oil and gas industry, offshore/onshore or heavy industry.
Prioritize:
- Used to work in Nghi Son Oil Refinery - NSRP
- Have STRONG knowledge about paint and paint construction
- Have certificate: NACE Level 1/2 or FROSIO Level 2/3
Understanding of paint & coating standards: SSPC, NACE, ISO...
Have experience in supervising blasting & painting for steel structures, tanks, pipes...
Good skills in reading drawings and technical documents.
Ability to prepare reports and use coating testing equipment.
Communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Have additional QA/QC, HSE certificates.
Good communication skills in English and reading technical documents.

TIẾNG ANH

Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong ngành dầu khí, offshore/onshore hoặc công nghiệp nặng.
Ưu tiên:
- Đã từng làm việc trong Nhà máy lọc dầu Nghi Sơn - NSRP
- Có hiểu biết về sơn và thi công sơn
- Có chứng chỉ: NACE Level 1/2 hoặc FROSIO Level 2/3
Am hiểu các tiêu chuẩn sơn & coating: SSPC, NACE, ISO…
Có kinh nghiệm giám sát blasting & painting cho kết cấu thép, bồn bể, đường ống…
Kỹ năng đọc bản vẽ, tài liệu kỹ thuật tốt.
Có khả năng lập báo cáo, sử dụng các thiết bị đo kiểm coating.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm và giải quyết vấn đề.
Có thêm chứng chỉ QA/QC, HSE.
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp và đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật tốt.
