Account Payable: A/P Process for relating non-stock items, include but not limit to:

PPE: Fixed assets, machineries, tool and equipment…
Utilities: Electricity charges, water charges, telephone charges, internet charges, mobile charges
Rentals: Car’s leasing, car rentals, staff accommodation rentals, office rentals, warehouse rentals, security charges, canteen expenses
Transportation charges: Petrol for cars, taxi fares, transport charges
Office expenses: Stationeries, postages, refreshment expenses, reimbursement office expenses.

CIP & Fixed Asset

Monitor details of CIP account.
Monitor details of Fixed Asset.
Control Depreciation.

Others:

Prepare report related to invoicing monitor…
Other tasks requested by supervisor…

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• College/ University Degree, major in Finance & Accounting.

• Have 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Communication in English.

• Advanced Microsoft Offices especially excel.

• Knowledge in SAP (FICO) is preferred.

• Able to work under high pressure
