JOB PURPOSES:
Payroll Assistant (Payroll Services) will be responsible for handling day to day payroll and benefit administration activities for small size clients. Works closely with clients under supervision to produce services exactly and in a timely manner
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
A. Process/Function
1. Be responsible for processing payroll and PIT for small size clients
· Distribute the net take home to client employees’ bank account, Tax and Insurance payments to statutory bodies on behalf of Client.
· Calculate final payment for client’s resigned employees.
· Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, yearly PIT reports.
· Bill and follow up client's pre-agreed credit terms to make debtor control.
· Answer simple inquiries from client when required.
· Directly work with Tax, Labor Departments to submit required documents.
· Filling, store and send documents to Clients.
2. Support Consultant/Senior Consultant with payroll and PIT process for big/VIP clients (dependents registration, tax code registration, payroll process on system…)
3. Perform simple ad-hoc projects or onsite clients as assigned by team leader
4. Perform other administrative duties as assigned as assigned by team leader
B. Client excellence
· Maintain strong relationship with clients to handle daily payroll operation
· Maintain strong internal relationships with team members and other departments.
C. Finance
· Be responsible for target set for self.
· Be responsible for client’s debtor control
