Mô tả Công việc

1. Oversees technicians and workers in the department

2. Effectively control the operation of each line, following the production arrangement and machine layout

3. Make sure the production capacity keeps up with the rated capacity from the Engineering department.

4. Co-ordinate with related departments to improve cable production technology

5. Supervision of product deployment for the plastic project

6. Control the product’s quality of each line

7. Training and development of backup line managers

8. Other tasks at the request of the manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position; experience in the electrical/electronics industry is preferred.

2. Good at communication, problem-solving, fluent in commercial English.

3. Knowledge of measuring instruments is an advantage.

4. Analytical, synthesising, and reporting skills
