Mô tả Công việc

Plan, execute, and monitor paint line projects (new installation, expansion, improvement).
Coordinate with suppliers for design, installation, and commissioning of paint systems (pretreatment, coating, curing ovens, exhaust treatment, etc.).
Analyze factory layout and optimize production flow (line balancing, takt time).
Develop and standardize painting processes for motorcycle components.
Control and monitor key parameters: coating thickness, adhesion, gloss, color consistency.
Collaborate with QA/QC to troubleshoot paint defects (dust, orange peel, sagging, color deviation, etc.).
Participate in equipment and material selection (paint, chemicals, systems).
Track project progress, manage budget, and prepare regular reports.
Train operators and technicians on system operation.
Propose improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and save energy.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Automation, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in industrial paint line systems (preferably automotive or motorcycle industry).
Experience in project implementation or line installation is a strong advantage.

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong knowledge of coating technologies: powder coating, liquid painting, surface treatment.
Familiar with pretreatment processes (degreasing, phosphating, etc.).
Ability to read technical drawings and factory layouts.
Project management skills (timeline, cost control).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, or relevant engineering tools.
Good English communication is an advantage (especially when working with foreign suppliers).
